Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Last updated: 16 May 2026.
Who we are
KitchenSure Compliance Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides independent food safety consultancy services. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Our registered contact details, including our full registered address and any registration number, will be confirmed before launch.
What data we collect
We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, business name, email address, telephone number, postcode and the details of your enquiry. If you become a client, we may also collect information needed to deliver our services, such as booking details and documents you choose to share with us.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver services, and keep records of our work. Depending on the situation, our lawful basis under UK GDPR is likely to be one of: your consent, the performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in running and improving our business. The specific lawful basis for each activity will be confirmed during legal review.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out above, or as required by law. Enquiry details that do not lead to work are normally held for a shorter period than records relating to services we have delivered. Specific retention periods will be documented before launch.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate, for example email, hosting and booking or payment providers, under appropriate agreements. Any such providers will be listed and reviewed before launch.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent where we rely on it. You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
