Independent consultancy and advisory services

KitchenSure Compliance Ltd provides independent food safety consultancy and advisory services. Our role is to help food businesses understand risks, prepare for official inspections, and improve their standards. We work alongside you as an adviser: we do not act on behalf of any regulator.

We are not a local authority

We are not a local authority, environmental health department, or any official enforcement body. Our assessments, including any “mock” inspection, are not official inspections. Only your local authority can carry out an official inspection and determine your official position under food law.

No Food Hygiene Rating is guaranteed

We do not, and cannot, guarantee any particular Food Hygiene Rating. The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme is operated by local authorities and the Food Standards Agency. Any rating your business receives is determined solely by your local authority. Our services are intended to help you prepare and improve, not to secure or promise a specific score.

You remain responsible for legal compliance

The food business operator remains fully and legally responsible for compliance with all applicable food safety and hygiene law at all times. Engaging us does not transfer that responsibility. Our recommendations are advisory, and it is for you to decide how to act on them and to ensure your business meets its legal duties.

Findings reflect conditions observed at the time

Any observations, findings and recommendations we provide are based on the conditions, records and information available to us at the time of our visit or review. Kitchens change from day to day, so our findings are a snapshot and cannot account for conditions before or after our assessment.

Seek official or legal advice where required

Our services do not replace official guidance or professional legal advice. Where a matter is legally significant, or where you are uncertain about your obligations, you should consult the Food Standards Agency, your local authority, or a suitably qualified professional. If anything in this disclaimer is unclear, please contact us at info@kitchensure.co.uk.
